Euphorbia bupleuriflora:

This charming little caudiciform almost resembles a miniature palm or cycad and bears some of the larger flowers in Euphorbiaceae, especially for such a dwarf plant. Staying solitary for most of its life and growing several heads only with great age, Euphorbia bupleuriflora is from the summer rainfall area of South Africa and should be kept dry through the cool winter.
