Legendary xeric nursery, Cactus Data Plants (1975 - present), is owned and operated by our pal Woody Minnich, who used to sell hand-printed botanical shirts of his own design. This design celebrates the monotypic Leuchtenbergia principis of north-central Mexico. The genus is named after Maximilian Eugen Joseph, Duke of Leuchtenberg and amateur botanist.
